The Monticello futon frame includes all features listed on the August Lotz Difference page (replaceable armrests excluded). Its crowned armrests provide this frame with a tastefully refined style. The Monticello is crafted from solid Northern Red Oak and is available in a Medium or English Oak finish (English Oak shown).
