Once again we made sure to honor the August Lotz tradition of quality by investing highly in research and development in order to master the science of comfort. This research lead to the development of our Universal Comfort line of convertible mattresses which combine the scientifically advanced materials used in many conventional mattresses with technologically advanced design techniques. Long Life Edge Foam

This high density, highly compressed block of foam is placed along the top and bottom edges of your mattress, where it receives the most wear and tear. This ensures that your mattress retains its clean, straight-edge look through years of daily use.

Soft N Strong Polyester Batting

We searched far and wide to find the best polyester on the market. Our Soft N Strong polyester batting is pre-compressed, meaning it will retain it’s soft, plush form over time. The extra-long fabric staples in this batting hold it together better and increase its comfort and durability. We offer our polyester in three forms: A thick and plush 3lb batting, a bonded wrap treated with heat to further increase durability, and a siliconized wrap treated with a silicone to increase its pressure and heat sensitivity.
